Hello,
For my M. Sc. Thesis (Effect of Torso Inhomogeneities to the Body
Surface Potential Distribution), I need a low-resolution text-based torso
geometry data - including heart, lungs, muscle, skin mesh points and
connectivities etc. - for running in map3d? SCI Web
site has one dataset (utahtorso-lowres), however, the files are binary. The text
version is also high-resolution that it takes days to run!!! I think SCIRun
has some modules to convert a binary geometry data into text-based data.
Thanks for help.
