I am successfully running SCIRun 3.0.2 with an nvidia 7600 GT without
any problems on Kubuntu.

When I try to use the Seg3D powerapp, I get frequent and slow screen
refreshes which make it unusable. It stops completely if I move the
mouse off the window, but then I obviously can't interact with the
program.

Has this been seen by anyone else? Any fixes? Is there some kind of
event that my window manager is sending the program which is causing
it?
