Hi,

Do you know what file types that ansys needs?  You may need to generate a mesh from the segmentation.  You can use Cleaver (another CIBC software) to generate that.  You can try an stl format, which is pretty universal.  You can generate an stl file from Seg3D by generating the isosurface for a label, then right clicking on it and choosing the export isosurface option.
