Hi Jason,
Thanks for the header information!  I am looking into the axis labeling issue and think it will take some time to find an appropriate solution.  It appears that Seg3D assumes that the axes are always provided in the same order (x,y,z) or each individual DICOM slice containing an (x,y) or axial slice, however this is not required by most if not all of the file standards.  Untangling this assumption may not necessarily be a straightforward task.  In the meantime, please bear with the mislabeling.  I will let you know as soon as I identify a possible fix.
Thanks!
Kris

Hi Kris and thank you for the reply.  I downloaded version 1.13 and the images loaded with the correct spacing.  The images display properly now, although they are mislabeled.  The labels are shifted by one direction, i.e. the axial view is labeled coronal, the coronal view is labeled sagittal, and the sagittal view is labeled axial.  Attached you will find the dicom header.  Let me know that you have received this and if you have any other advice.
Thanks,
Jason

There have recently been some bug fixes related to spacing issues incorporated into the experimental version 1.13.  Please try downloading this version and see if the problem persists.  What file type are you using (dicom, mhd, nrrd, nifti, etc)?  Can you email the entire header information or at least the fileds relating to dimension, spacing, space directions, slice thickness and origin? Right now, there is no way to manually override these within the program, but we may be able to either fix a bug or provide a suitable workaround.
