Hi Peter,

I was able to reproduce this crash on OS X Lion, Windows 7 64bit and Windows Vista 32bit. From the crash reports, it looks like there is a bug in the Mask Layer code.

Hi (again),

this seems to be a bug in the whole Seg3D 2.1.2 Release, since the crash also occurs on Mac OS X 10.5.8.

So I was wondering: Has anybody (successfully) ever used Seg3D 2.1.2 to export materials into a single nrrd file?

Best,
Peter

Hi all,

as I previously reported, the newest Seg3D binary crashes on Mac OS X Lion when exporting several materials into a single file (while the source code fails to compile when generating the executable).

Now, I experienced the crash also on Windows 7 (64bit).
I made sure that there are no overlapping materials, and I also tested it with a single material that should be exported together with the background into a single file. I also used several datasets, including the sample tooth dataset from the SCI website.

It would be interesting to know if anybody else experiences this crash on Lion and Windows 7.

Best,
Peter
