- Subject: [Seg3D] [bug] Truncation of Spacing and axis mins values in NRRD export
- Date: Tue, 24 Jan 2012 20:40:52 +0000
Hi all,
I have a microscopy image in MetaImage format (.mha) with
Offset = 0.000063 -0.000063 -0.000003
ElementSpacing = 0.000000439453 0.000000439453 0.000006378000
If I open it in Seg3D2, I cannot export to mha format (it doesn't seem
to be available). If I export to NRRD format, the spacing values get
truncated too early, and the information is lost.
In addition, I'm not too sure why the last value of Offset and axis mins
are different.
spacings: 0.000000 0.000000 0.000006
axis mins: 0.000063 -0.000063 -0.000006
Best regards,
Ramon.
