Hi Anthony,

We offer very minimal support for old versions of Seg3D... Seg3D 2.x has much more flexible options for importing segmentations. Can we offer some help in suggestions for migrating your data to the new version?

Greetings,

Greetings,

Our group is using an old version of Seg3D. We're using version 1.12.0.

Is there a way to open a volume and import a segmentation mask
from the commandline? Are there Seg3D environment variables?
I wasn't able to find documentation on this version to guide my
exploration of the application.

It seems that I'm only able to start Seg3D if I 'cd' into the
bin directory. I was hoping to set some environment variables
to allow uses to run Seg3D with data local to their path.

Thanks,
Anthony
