In our study we are evaluating a gap between a tooth and a filling in micro CT images and segmentation is very challenging (see attached file). A Seg 3D is an excellent SW for this task. As gap is basically a fracture that occurs during polymerization shrinkage, a  recently published TILT segmentation seems very appropriate for this task http://tilt.princeton.edu/  Is there any possibility that TILT segmentation can be incorporated in Seg3D?
