Without the center option, our shapeworks runs always failed. Plus we already have the results.
I can calculate the center and apply, but there is still some shift after that.

If you disable the center option in groom, the resulting volumes would line up exactly with the original volumes without having this shift issue ...

Groom ran with these parameters, the only thing I can see that will shift the coordinates is the center (which was applied to the rendering).
