Hi Doyun,

Current version of Shapeworks only works on distance transforms. ShapeWorksStudio does have some tools to generate distance transforms from binary images, so you will need to generate binary images from meshes. ITK 4.12 has a filter named “itkTriangleMeshToBinaryImageFilter” which can convert triangle meshes to binary images.
