Hello,
I have a volume of segmented and processed MRI scans that I want to
visualize in ImageVis3d. On each slice, the ROIs have positive values
mostly between 60-600 with a maximum of 1300, and everywhere outside
these ROIs is 0. The data is also quite anisotropic: each pixel has
dimensions of .2734mm/pixel, with 3mm between slices.
IV3d loads the data fine, but I can't get the coloring I want. It seems
to me that in computing the value for each voxel, IV3d is averaging
actual values from the ROI with the zeros from outside. When I apply a
1d transfer function, the outside always takes on whatever color I try
to apply to regions with low values.
Do you have any suggestions?
Thanks,
Tom
