Hello,===========================================================================
You can likely do this in seg 3D (From SCI), as well as 3D Slicer from the SPL. We utilize both to do our research...
You make the models and then save them as NRRD files which are easily imported to SCIRun as needed...

All is open source and free...

Subject: [SCIRUN-USERS] DICOM
Hi people
thanks a million to Darby, my Scirun is working fine now, so here is my
basic question. is there any part in the Scirun that I could import a
dataset of images (tiff,bmp,...) from a CT machine and generate a 3D model ?
cheers. Ehsan
