Be aware with the lead field network, the network will run marginally slower with each run, so you'll need to set your delay time within the getcolumn… module with that in mind.

Can I ask which physiological system you're modeling?  I did a similar study in the heart with changes in the anisotropic conductivity ratios using a static bidomain representation.  It was found that the uncertainty was negligible.

Hi Purbasha,

Have you had a look at the make_lead_field.srn and activation-based-fem_lead_field.srn networks in the Forward/Inverse toolkit? Would the method used to build the lead field matrix help you here?

Hello,

I want to test multiple conductivity values in SCIRUN.

I have set up a matrix with all the conductivity sets that I want to run  Then I have used the  GetRowOrColumnFromMatrix module to can choose one row at a time.
Every single time I am trying to run the simulation, SCIRun stops working.
Since I am not very much familiar with Bash scripting, I am using this network.
Can you please check if my network is correct? I am unsure how can I save leadfield after each iteration(i.e, after going though a set of conductivity)
