Just click File> Export Segmentation. Then open it as a volume in your
program of choice. Using a ITK filter (such as confidence connector, etc.),
you can create a segmented marker from the volume.
My question is how/when is there going to be a stable release of Seg3D?
Cheers,
Spencer

Subject: [Seg3D] export segmentations?
Hi List,
I was wondering if someone could tell me how I might export my
segmentations? I saw this listed as a crucial future feature; any idea
when to expect it? In the meantime, is anyone aware of a workaround?
Can I export the segmentation as a volume mask and then create the
isosurface in another program?
Thanks,
Dylan
