Thanks. I should have tried the program before I asked the question. Hopefully this is a better one:

Does anyone have advice on how to find good parameters for the Threshold Segmentation Level Set Filter?

I realize the appropriate values for these parameters are probably quite data-specific, but is there some protocol that describes how best to find them?

Thanks again, Dylan

File->Export Segmentation will write out a nrrd file with one or more
segmentations in it.

Hi List,

I was wondering if someone could tell me how I might export my
segmentations? I saw this listed as a crucial future feature; any idea
when to expect it? In the meantime, is anyone aware of a workaround?
Can I export the segmentation as a volume mask and then create the
isosurface in another program?

Thanks,
Dylan
