Hi Andrew,
The NRRD export crash is a known bug in v2.1.2 which will be fixed in an
upcoming release that we expect to deploy in the next week or so. In the
meanwhile, you can use v2.1.1 which does not have this bug.
For the Windows problem, it's possible that it's a graphics problem. What
graphics card is in the machine you were running on? Also, it would be
helpful for us to see the program log: look for Seg3D log files under the
user directory for the account you used to run the software, in the
AppData/Local/Seg3D folder.
