Hi Ayla,

Yes, this issue was easy to fix.

So, I've used Seg3D to produce some manual segmentations (ground truth for my registration experiments) and it seems easy to use. I can see it's a well-designed application and I like it very much.

I'm wondering if anyone ever mentioned that along with polyline tool it would be extremely useful to have a similar tool, except where the line would be interpolated with some kind of spline to produce a smooth contour? I think this method of creating smooth interpolated lines would suit many segmentation tasks.

Constantine

That's great! I'm glad that the fix was fairly easy.

Hi Ayla,

I've just updated the driver for my graphics card to the latest version and
it fixed the blue volume problem. Now the volumes are displayed correctly.

Thank you very much.

Hi Constantine,

Please do send a screenshot. Could you also send your graphics card and
driver information? Finally, please send log files from the attempts to load
data in Seg3D; you will find them in your user AppData/Local/Seg3D2 directory.

Thanks,

Ayla

Hi Seg3D authors,

I've encountered a problem on Windows Vista x64 with the latest Seg3D I just
downloaded. For some reason any dataset I load displays in dark blue, no
grey-scale values. I've tried loading MRI datasets from DICOM, MetaImage,
Nrrd. I tried loading data from insight.tgz dataset. Nothing worked in this
case. Am I doing something wrong? I can email you a screenshot.

I've just subscribed to Seg3D mailing list, but I couldn't find anything
relevant. Since we are on the topic of mailing lists, is there a function to
sear all archives?

Constantine
