Dear Ayla,

thanks for your reply!
I was using version 2.1.4 of Seg3D. Now I installed the 2.1.5 RC from svn, and the *.mat file export bug is actually solved.
As to the *.nrrd metadata, the data seems to be there as well, despite the nrrd matlab importer I am using (http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/34653-nrrd-format-file-reader/content/nrrdread.m) is not working with it.

Thanks,
Lorenzo

Can you send me an example of your data? The Matlab file export problem was fixed in the 2.1.5 release candidate (bug report #815), and exporting the NRRD format should generate appropriate NRRD001 style header entries.

Hi,

I successfully used Seg3D 2.1 (compiled on Kubuntu 13.04) to segment a geometry from a CT scan (imported as a structured points VTK structure).
However, when I exported the obtained mask, both the *.nrrd file and the *.mat file did not contain any information about the position and/or voxel spacing (scirunnrd.axis=[]).

The orientation and dimensions of the CT volume are correctly read by Seg3D.

I tried to do the same export operation with the Windows version of Seg3D, but I got the same problem.

How can I solve this issue?

Best regards,
Lorenzo
