[Seg3D] seg3D export layer

Hi,

I successfully used Seg3D 2.1 (compiled on Kubuntu 13.04) to segment a geometry from a CT scan (imported as a structured points VTK structure).
However, when I exported the obtained mask, both the *.nrrd file and the *.mat file did not contain any information about the position and/or voxel spacing (scirunnrd.axis=[]).

The orientation and dimensions of the CT volume are correctly read by Seg3D.

I tried to do the same export operation with the Windows version of Seg3D, but I got the same problem.

How can I solve this issue?
