[Seg3D] Undocking main window

Seg3D Team,

This is Paul Holcomb from WVU again, with another potential idea/feature request.  I use a dual monitor setup, and it would be handy to have the main viewing window undock from the rest of the Seg3D interface so that I could place it in my second monitor maximized while still seeing my tools and layer interface.  Not sure if that makes any sense, or how hard it would be to implement, but I would certainly use it!
