Yeah, I've seen that before... actually, I committed a fix a while back
now, but I guess it needs another look?
I've got a crazy day && am catching a flight to Europe in the late
afternoon... but I'll try and see if I can reproduce this and introduce
a quick fix to the devbuilds.
One workaround is to fix the window positions (or dock
them) on a different machine. ImageVis3D creates a .conf
file (Linux: ~/.config/Scientific .../ImageVis3D.conf, Mac:
~/Library/Preferences/.../ImageVis3D.conf, Windows is in the registry,
I think) which stores all the window geometry information. So you can
arrange things how you like them, and then copy the conf over to your
Mac. Huge PITA, I know, sorry.

For small images, you can just attach them. I think they'll get
rejected if they exceed a megabyte or two, but that shouldn't be an
issue for a screenshot.
