Any insights on that issue? I used to have it too with former versions of SCIRun (also OS X 10.6.8.), but now with SCIRun 4.7. at least SCIRun always starts. However, when I click on certain buttons, it crashes. The output below is what it get, when I try to load a mesh by "file" --> "load". But it also crashes with the "UI" buttons of the modules. So it seem's there are still unresolved issues with X11?
