[Seg3D] loss of functionality? export segmentation to MetaImage format

Hi,

I'm running Revision 44484 of the development branch, and it seems that it's no longer possible to export a segmentation to MetaImage format (.mha). Is this intentional?

To reproduce, try to export, and click on the file type menu. There's no MetaImage option. If one tries to give the file an .mha extension, it gets renamed to .nrrd.
